Who We Are Looking For

We are currently identifying experienced, responsive and professional independent vendors who may be available for future property service assignments.

  • Daytona Beach and Volusia County

Services needed

  • General maintenance and handyman services
  • Plumbing, electrical and HVAC
  • Painting, cleaning and property turnovers
  • Landscaping and exterior maintenance
  • Roofing and specialty trades
  • Lock changes, inspections and emergency response

Documents required after preliminary approval

  • Completed Form W-9
  • Certificate of Insurance meeting the stated coverage requirements
  • Workers’ compensation proof or a valid exemption, when applicable
  • Applicable state or local trade licenses
  • Signed vendor agreement and payment documentation

Exact certificate-holder wording and submission instructions will be provided during onboarding. Do not send tax, insurance or banking documents through this initial form.
